By creating an account and posting content, users confirm that:

- The listing does not violate any applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that contains false, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.
4. Classified Listings – No Mandatory Charges
Users may publish property or classified advertisements on the website according to the platform's available features. Posting a listing does not automatically create a brokerage relationship with PEO Land Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd.
5. Brokerage Services & Commission
PEO Land Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd acts as an intermediary only when directly engaged by a client for property transaction services. Service charges apply only when:
- Our company actively participates in negotiations
- We facilitate and coordinate the transaction
- The transaction is completed with our involvement
In such cases:
- Property Sales: 3% commission of the final sale value
- Property Rentals: 50% of the first month's rent
No commission is charged for transactions conducted independently between users without our direct involvement.
6. Platform Responsibility Disclaimer
As a classified platform:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content
- We do not guarantee completion of transactions
- Users are responsible for verifying property details independently
7. Legal & Advisory Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability
