A Multi Task Technical team of Experts will do Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Planned Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance work. Further the Technical Team will supervise all external service providers scheduled maintenance work and coordinate all breakdowns and report all technical related activities to Property Manager.
Work Scope of Technical Services in a Property
- Identification & Resolve Snags & Updating the Snagging List
- Reporting all Technical Issues in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Civil to Property Manager
- Supervise all External Service Providers
- Maintain all Checklists comply with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule
- Corrective Maintenance
Swimming Pool Maintenance
As a Swimming pool is a special segment in an Apartment complex Swimming Pool Maintenance will be done by a separate technical team Three (03) days per week maintain physical and chemical properties meet the standard parameters.
