- Reporting to Council with Requested Reports with Monthly Management Report
- Organizing & attending Monthly General Council Meeting
- Coordinating Condominium Management Authority and Organizing Annual General Meeting
- Coordinating & Analyzing work of External Service Providers
- Distribution of Monthly Management & Utility Bills
- Collections of Management Fee with Frequent follow up with the Accounts department
Accounting
Accounting will be done by a team of Accountants Qualified & Experienced in similar Capacity for More than 3 Years. Accounts Team will provide below mentioned,
