Work Scope of Property Management Team

  • Overlook the Technical, Janitorial & Security Processes with PPM Schedules & Checklists
  • Reporting to Council with Requested Reports with Monthly Management Report
  • Organizing & attending Monthly General Council Meeting
  • Coordinating Condominium Management Authority and Organizing Annual General Meeting
  • Coordinating & Analyzing work of External Service Providers
  • Distribution of Monthly Management & Utility Bills
  • Collections of Management Fee with Frequent follow up with the Accounts department

Accounting

Accounting will be done by a team of Accountants Qualified & Experienced in similar Capacity for More than 3 Years. Accounts Team will provide below mentioned,

  • Management fee invoices
  • Utility Invoices
  • Book Keeping
  • Coordinating & preparation of accounts for the annual Financial Audit
